The United Arab Emirates national cricket team represents the United Arab Emirates in international cricket. Governed by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB), the team plays One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) formats.
Though still an emerging force when it comes to cricket, the UAE won the ICC Trophy in 1994 and the ACC Trophy on 4 consecutive occasions between 2000 and 2006. After competing in the Cricket World Cup in 1996 and 2015, the team gained full ODI status in 2018. More recently, the UAE has gained a strong reputation in cricket's T20 format.
