Adults wishing to bring children aged 3 and under into an event, free of charge, must stop at the Account Services Office on their way into the game. The Account Services Office will issue a child admittance pass for access to the game. This pass will not be for a seat but allows the child to sit on an adult's lap.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

Accessible seats are available on all Levels of the KeyBank Center. Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group that requires accommodations, please call the Account Services Office. Patrons requiring accessible seating are allowed up to 3 companion seats.

Parking is available in the KeyBank Center parking ramp, KeyBank Center surface lots, and at Harborcenter. Credit cards are accepted at Harborcenter. Costs for event parking range from $5-$20. Suppliers offer pre-bookable parking spaces from a range of nearby lots:

Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The KeyBank Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators.

Getting to and from the rink is now easier than ever with the Uber Zone, a designated area outside the arena where you can get picked up and dropped off when riding with Uber. The Uber Zone at KeyBank Center is located on Scott St, between Washington St and Michigan Ave. For the easiest way to the Uber Zone, exit KeyBank Center through the exit doors at Perry Street and take Washington Street to Scott Street.
There are also great taxi and limousine services that can be pre-booked.
Bus is a good way to reach the KeyBank Center with public bus service 6 stopping at the Scott St. & Main St. stop which is a 161 m (2 min) walk from the venue.
Coaches on tours such as Grand Tours, Greyhound Bus Lines, and Niagara Scenic Tours are welcome at the venue
There is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
NFTA's Metro Rail Rapid Transit System runs through the centre of Downtown Buffalo and is free above ground. The closest station to the arena is the Special Events station which is just a 200 m (2 min) walk from the venue.
For those traveling further afield, Exchange Street Station is the main train station in Buffalo offering services on Amtrak, Empire Service, Maple Leaf, and VIA Rail lines. The station is just a 550 m (7 min) walk from KeyBank Center.
Buffalo is a bike-friendly city and there are some great paths just outside its downtown core on the Waterfront Loop. Close to KeyBank Center, there is Buffalo Bike Tours & Bike Rentals (650 m (8 min) walk) where you can rent a bike.
As the arena is located close to the centre of Buffalo, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. There is the Buffalo Heritage Carousel (240 m (3 min) walk), the Edward M. Cotter Museum (800 m (10 min) walk), as well as nearby events venues like Buffalo Iron Works (250 m (3 min) walk) and Helium Comedy Club (350 m (4 min) walk).
