There is usually pay-on-the-day on-site parking on match days, with parking lots located in the stadium basement car park, and on the fields next to the stadium. For basement parking, use Kirkness Street (near Park Street), and for parking on the fields use Lynnwood Road. If you wish to park off-site, there is car parking at Sunnypark Shopping Centre, which is a 2.2 km (26 min) walk from the stadium.

Drivers are encouraged to arrive early if travelling by car: the roads surrounding the stadium can become busy on event days, and roads including Kirkness Street are sometimes closed-off to traffic shortly before kick-off.

The nearest taxi rank to the stadium is located a 1.2 km (14 min) walk from the stadium, at the corner of Roper Street and Lynnwood Road, opposite the University of Pretoria's Hatfield Campus. There is also a bus service which goes to the city centre's Sisulu Street taxi rank, from the Hatfield Court/Burnett Street bus stop; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
