Formed in 1996 by Marc Roberge, Chris Culos, Richard On and Benj Gershman, later joined by Jerry DePizzo, the band grew a devoted following through constant touring and early albums “The Wanderer” and “Souls Aflame”. Wider recognition followed with “In Between Now and Then” and “Stories of a Stranger”, which featured singles such as “Love and Memories” and “Lay Down”. “All Sides” yielded the hit “Shattered (Turn the Car Around)”. Subsequent releases include “King”, the live favourite “34th & 8th”, “The Rockville LP” with “Peace”, the anthology “XX”, “The Mighty” and “The Arcade”. Beyond the studio, O.A.R. have sold out major venues including Madison Square Garden, headlined Red Rocks Amphitheatre, launched the Heard the World Fund to support charitable causes, and co-founded the Oceans Calling Festival. They continue to tour and release new music.
