Established in 2019, Northern Superchargers represent the historic cricketing counties of Yorkshire and Durham in England's 100-ball cricket tournament The Hundred.
In the inaugural Hundred tournament in 2021, Northern Superchargers Women finished fifth, winning 3 games and losing 4. A similar season in 2022 saw the Superchargers end the year in fifth.
In early 2023, English all-rounder Hollie Armitage was confirmed as captain of Northern Superchargers Women for the 2023 edition of The Hundred.
