There are not many cycle racks by the venue itself, and the locale can be quite hilly, but if you are an experienced cyclist with access to a bike rack then the great coastal views and paths will reward your hard work!
From the centre of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin it is just a 15 minute ride, and from Monte-Carlo it will be even quicker - but be sure to give due consideration to the border-crossing into France.

If you are staying in France, it will be a slightly longer walk, albeit a scenic one; from Figuièra it is a 1.1 km (13 min) walk, and from the centre of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, it is a slightly longer 3.5 km (42 min) walk.
Monaco is a notoriously expensive and exclusive country to visit, in which the concept of ‘budget’ doesn’t exist. Whilst affluent travellers are spoilt for choice with lavish white-glove service hotels and private apartments to stay in, budget travellers will be better off finding accommodation in Nice, or elsewhere along the Cote d’Azur.
