Children aged 1 and under can attend for free, without a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of a ticket holder. All spectators aged 2 and older require a full-price ticket.
Persons attending with small children may wish to purchase a ticket within the Alcohol Free Zone.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Wheelchair users and ambulant disabled persons are eligible for accessible tickets; an additional carer or companion ticket can also be purchased alongside each accessible ticket. Accessible tickets are however not available to purchase online. Instead, contact the Welsh Rugby Union ticket office directly by telephone to purchase tickets: +44 (0) 2920-822-432.

Whilst the city centre location of the stadium means it is easy to find, it also means that travelling by car may be a stressful option on event days, as roads are likely to be very busy in and around the stadium.
There is no car parking at the Principality Stadium itself, with the exception of a number of disabled spaces which are available to book on an event-by-event basis. There are 3 private car parks (Castle Court NCP car park, NCP Wood Street, and Cardiff Central NCP car park) within 500 m (6 min) of the stadium; you can expect these to be busy on event days, but they are the best option for those looking to park nearby.
Park & ride
Whilst the X59 "Cardiff East" park and ride service which previously operated from Llanrumney has been discontinued, an alternative bus route, the 59, now runs between St. Edeyrns (Church Road) and Cardiff City Centre (Churchill Way), without stopping at the Cardiff East park and ride site. From Monday to Saturday, the 59 departs from St. Edeyrns approximately once an hour, between 07:03 and 18:05; on Sundays there is a reduced service which operates between 07:03 and 16:50. The last return bus from the city centre departs at 18:40, Monday to Saturday, with a reduced service on Sunday which ends at 17:25.
Please note that the H59 park and ride service still runs between Cardiff East and University Hospital Wales. To view the exact timetables of either the 59 or H59 buses, please check the Cardiff Bus website.

Like most major UK cities, a range of taxi options is available in Cardiff. It is possible to be dropped right outside the stadium, with the best options for drop-off and pick-up being St. Mary Street (south-east side of the stadium) Westgate Street (east side) and Wood Street (south side).
There is also a dedicated taxi rank inside Cardiff Central station, which is only a 300 m (4 min) walk from the stadium.
Coaches
Cardiff city centre is highly accessible via coach travel from many UK cities, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, and even Edinburgh. On event days, coaches often park at Sophia Gardens, located only 950 m (11 min) north of the stadium on foot, and for regular coaches, Cardiff Coach Station is only a 800 m (10 min) walk from the stadium.

Please note that on large event days, some of the above bus stops may be within the bounds of temporary road closures, and so services may either take a diverted route, or terminate 1 or 2 stops early. On these days, however, it is still be possible to access the city centre by bus.
Park & ride
There are currently no park and ride services operating to and from Cardiff city centre. For more information, see the Parking section.
Cardiff Central is the closest train station to the stadium: it is just 300 m (4 min) away on foot, at the south of the stadium. This station offers services from west Wales, the Midlands, and London and the south of the UK. If walking directly to the stadium from Cardiff Central, it is advised that you bear right for gates 1, 2, 3, and 4, and bear left for entry gates 5, 6, and 7.
Cardiff Queen Street station is also a good option, particularly for those travelling to the stadium from elsewhere in Wales - it is only 1.1 km (13 min) away from the stadium, via St. David's Centre and the Castle Quarter, to the east of the stadium.
Water taxis to Cardiff city centre are an option for those travelling from Cardiff Bay, but be sure to check their availability, as they can be seasonal.
Walking to the stadium from a nearby city centre location is a great option, due to the busy nature of roads, car parks, and public transport on event days. The stadium's riverside location means the walk from any part of Cardiff can be pleasant and direct.
The stadium is a 300 m (4 min) walk north from Cardiff Central station, and a 1.2 km (14 min) walk west from Cardiff Queen Street.
