Louis Tomlinson is an English singer-songwriter from Doncaster, England, United Kingdom. He rose to prominence on The X Factor (UK) in 2010 as a member of One Direction, one of the best-selling boy bands of the 2010s. With the group he released global hits and earned major honours including BRIT and American Music Awards.
After the group’s hiatus, Tomlinson began a solo career marked by pop, pop rock, and indie rock influences. Early singles included "Just Hold On" (with Steve Aoki), "Back to You" (feat. Bebe Rexha and Digital Farm Animals) and "Two of Us".
