Established in 2019, London Spirit represent the historic cricketing counties of Middlesex, Essex, and Northamptonshire in England's 100-ball cricket tournament The Hundred.
In the inaugural Hundred tournament in 2021, London Spirit Women finished in fourth place, just missing out on the playoffs. In 2022, the team finished seventh, winning 2 games and losing 4.
In early 2023, England captain Heather Knight was confirmed as captain of London Spirit Women for the 2023 edition of The Hundred.
