King George Racing Weekend is an enthralling 2-day flat racing meeting for thoroughbred horses held annually in July at Ascot Racecourse in the picturesque county of Berkshire, UK.
The historic meeting is relaxed yet elegant where racegoers can relax and socialise on the pristine lawns sipping Champagne or a cocktail and enjoy a fantastic day at the races. QIPCO King George Diamond Weekend has become a showcase of contemporary summer style and - like the course's Royal meeting - fine millinery is the order of the day. The 2 days of celebration and entertainment are built around the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth QIPCO Stakes which was first run in 1951.
