Due to its location in the suburbs to the west of Sydney, Rosehill Gardens is easily reached by several modes of transport. Racegoers are encouraged to use public transport (for the Sydney Everest Carnival, travel is included in your ticket) and the course is close to train and bus stops. For those wishing to use their own transport, there is free car parking in the infield car park subject to availability.

Parramatta Road, Victoria Road, and the M4 Motorway service Rosehill Gardens making arriving by car very straightforward. There are several options for car parking depending on the raceday ticket purchased:
There is limited disabled car parking available in the P1 and P3 car parks. Entry is via James Ruse Drive P3 and Grand Avenue P1 Gate 1. Please ensure a disabled parking sticker is visible at all times within the vehicle.
Private coaches and minibuses over 3.4 m high are permitted to park along the western side of Arthur Street for the duration of the race day.
For drop-offs, taxis should enter Rosehill Gardens Racecourse through the Grand Avenue gates and drop off guests at the taxi rank. Taxis are not permitted to stop on James Ruse Drive and Grand Avenue. For pick-ups, taxis are located at the Grand Avenue end of the racecourse close to the Might & Power entry.
The designated drop-off and pick-up area for private coaches (over 3.4m high) is located along the western side of Arthur Street. Private coaches are permitted to park within this area for the duration of the raceday. Racegoers organising minibuses (under 3.4 m high) to transport them to and from Rosehill Gardens are to use the Grand Avenue P1 entry bus stop park for all drop-offs and pick-ups.
Rosehill Gardens Racecourse offers delicious food and refreshing drink in whatever style and cuisine you desire! Racegoers are not permitted to bring their own food or drink to the course, but the venue offers anything from 5-star formal fine dining and spritz bars to the exciting buzz of street food vans serving up burgers, gyros, tacos, and more.
The Members' Reserve has some incredible hospitality packages including access to the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar with panoramic views, the beautiful Grand View Terrace, Salt & Sea serving up sensational seafood, and much more.
The general admission areas have beer bars, champagne destinations, and even a whisky bar. There's also the Furphy Terrace Bar (offering the official beer of the Australian Turf Club), an Aperol Combi van, and the Newmarket bar offering unsurpassed panoramic views of the track from the second level of the J. R. Fleming Stand!
Gates for general admission usually open an hour before the first race. These times are subject to change and should be checked closer to the raceday.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the venue in all enclosures. There are parent and baby facilities located in the restrooms on Level 3 of the J. R. Fleming Grandstand (general admission), Level 2 in the Members' Reserve opposite the Members' Concierge, and Level 1 adjacent to the lift foyer.

Racegoers can take the ferry to Parramatta Wharf. It is a 1.7 km (20 min) walk to the racecourse or you can use Transport NSW public bus route M92 from Parramatta Wharf or Parramatta Station.
Rosehill Gardens Racecourse asks that racegoers adhere to the dress code of whichever area of the course they will be based in for the day.
Dress code applies to members and their guests and any racegoers aged 14 and over.
