All spectators who occupy a seat are required to have a ticket. There are various discounts available for children aged 14 and under and children aged between 15 and 17 years old.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Tickets for people with reduced mobility, who occupy the last row on the first tier and have unobstructed access from the street, can only be purchased at the San Mamés ticket offices.
Spectators wishing to purchase these will need to present the original certificate of reduced mobility and ID of the person requiring this type of ticket.
The Club will provide a ticket (free of charge) for a companion as long as the reduced mobility certificate indicates the need for assistance from a third person. Their name and surname must be provided at the time of purchase.

Bilbao's main bus station is located just 400 m (5 min) from the stadium, providing access to local and regional bus services.
San Mamés station, located adjacent to the stadium, includes access to the Bilbao Tram, the Metro, and main line railway.
The stadium is only 1.0 km (12 min) from the city centre and so the recommended way of arriving is on foot, where possible.
Bilbao is an intimate city and the stadium's central location and excellent transport links means you can stay almost anywhere in the city and still be in good proximity to the venue. The Indautxu district is closest and just a 10-minute walk to the stadium. The adjacent Abando district is a good base to experience the city's culture and night life (and still only a 20-minute walk to the stadium), or head over the river to the Casco Viejo district for more access to bars and restaurants (a 40-minute walk to the stadium).
