The Monterrey Open, currently known as the Abierto GNP Seguros for sponsorship purposes, is an annual women's tennis tournament staged in Monterrey, Mexico.
The event was first held in 2009, following the staging of an ITF Challenger event at the city's Sierra Madre Tennis Club the previous year. The inaugural edition of the Monterrey Open was held at the same venue, with Grand Slam champion Marion Bartoli claiming the inaugural singles title. In 2014, the event moved to the nearby Club Sonoma tennis complex, and this venue was expanded 3 years later, via the construction of a permanent stadium court, Estadio GNP Seguros.
In 2023, the Abierto GNP Seguros was upgraded to a WTA 500 event, having previously been a WTA 250 event.
