The arena is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. As such, it boasts a variety of public transport links close by, and there are also many parking lots close by for those wishing to drive.

You can ride UTA buses for free if you enter and exit within the boundaries of the Free Fare Zone; if you are unsure whether you are in the Free Fare Zone, please ask your driver when boarding.
The venue can be reached via UTA TRAX's Blue and Green Lines. Get off at Arena Station, which is directly outside the venue.

The arena is also in close proximity to both Salt Lake Central and North Temple train stations, both of which are served by UTA's FrontRunner Line (the former is also served by Amtrak's California Zephyr Line). The stations are a 1.0 km (12 min) and 750 m (9 min) walk from the venue, respectively.
Although the Salt Lake City metropolitan area is popular all year round, accommodation prices do rise during the autumn and winter season when ski resorts open. During the spring and summer months, accommodation in Salt Lake City itself tends to become more expensive. Overall though, it’s possible to find something for any budget.
A variety of food and beverages, including stadium favourites such as hot dogs, BBQ, chicken, and beer, are available from concessions outlets throughout the arena.
Food and beverage orders (aside from alcoholic beverages) will be placed via the mobile ordering system using the Jazz App, www.vivintarena.com/order, QR codes located near concession locations, or the self-service kiosks located around the arena.
There are 9 doors split across 3 entrances at the arena: Northwest Entry (Doors 1-3), Main Entry (Doors 4-6), and Southeast Entry (Doors 7-9).
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for all Utah Jazz home games.

Restrooms can be found throughout the arena on all levels. Family restrooms can be found on the main level by Portals G and T, on the terrace level by Portals CC and QQ, and on the club level by the Toyota Club.
Baby changing stations are available in all family restrooms and most men's and women's restrooms, as well as in the nursing lounges on the main concourse by Doors 2 and 8.
Assistive listening devices are available at Guest Services (Main Level Portal Y/Door 4) free of charge. A valid driver license or credit card will be held as a security deposit.

Certified service animals and service animals in training are permitted in public areas when accompanying disabled guests. They must be leashed at all times unless performing a necessary task for the disabled guest. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and any damage the animal causes.
Guests in need of a wheelchair may request wheelchair assistance courtesy of the venue. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting guests to/from their seats. Guests may arrange wheelchair assistance by contacting any Guest Services or Event Security team member. In addition, wheelchair assistance can be arranged by calling Guest Services at (801) 325-2246. This hotline is only available to the general public on event days from the time doors open until the conclusion of the event.
