Anyone regardless of age must have a ticket. The club offers free admission for children under 3 years old (subject to availability). This discount is only available on matchday, on request when checking your ticket and on presentation of proof. For any child over this age (born August 7, 2019 or before), a paid ticket is required. There is also a reduced rate available for children aged 15 and under.

There is a reduced rate available for students with valid identification.

There is a reduced rate available for spectators aged 65 and over.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

For persons with reduced mobility (PMR) and persons with disabilities (PSH), RC Strasbourg Alsace offers a reduced price (-20%) in all the stands of the stadium, excluding Popular (standing places). The reservation is made directly via the club's online ticket office:  https://billetterie.rcstrasbourgalsace.fr/ where you select the REDUCED RATE. On the day of the match, you will be asked for proof at the same time as the control of your ticket: presentation of a PMR / PSH card > 50%.

For people with reduced mobility and PWD > 80%, RC Strasbourg Alsace offers a free ticket, as well as for an accompanying person when "need for an accompanying person" is mentioned on the supporting document. You will find below the procedure to follow to benefit from it:

1. Make the reservation request for the match no later than 24 working hours before the match at billetterie@rcstrasbourg.eu (last message processed the working day preceding the match at 18:00)

2. Make the personal request by mentioning all of the following information: SURNAME – FIRST NAME – POSTAL ADDRESS – EMAIL – TELEPHONE

3. Attach a copy of the mobility inclusion card or the PSH certificate greater than 80% and an identity document (both sides)

4. If request for an accompanying person (mandatory adult), mention and attach the same elements (personal information + documents to attach)

5. Please indicate whether you wish to benefit from a wheelchair location or a seat location

6. Within the limit of available seats, the ticket office will confirm that the ticket office is available for the match requested
