Children aged 2 and under are allowed to attend for free, without a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of a ticket-holder. Discounted match tickets can be purchased online for spectators aged 10 and under and 18 and under, in all categories except Platinum and Gold; see Child and Junior tickets respectively for exact prices.
Spectators measuring less than 1.2 m in height are not permitted to stand in any of the Terraces.
There are no discounts on hospitality packages.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are over 150 dedicated disabled-accessible viewing areas which can be found throughout all 4 stands, however tickets for these areas cannot be purchased online. Instead, please ring the Northampton Saints ticket office to purchase tickets: +44 (0) 1604-581-000.

If travelling from outside Northampton, the stadium is not too far from the M1 motorway. Exit at either junction 15a or 16, and follow the signs for Sixfields, or the brown rugby signage. Those using satellite navigation and looking to park their car at the stadium should use the postcode NN5 5JT (instead of the official venue postcode), as this provides more accurate routes to the car parks.
On-site car parking
There are 1,500 match day parking spaces at the stadium itself, many of which are located in the Claret Car Park off Edgar Mobbs Way, and visitors to the ground are encouraged to use them. Car parking is available on-the-day only, and costs £7.50.
For disabled visitors, there are 13 VIP disabled spaces and 25 standard disabled spaces on-site, and an allocation of just under 50 spaces in the stadium-adjacent Beacon Bingo car park. Street parking
Whilst parking is also possible on nearby residential roads, it is only to be done so with utmost care, due to the residential nature of the area.
Travelling to by taxi is a straightforward way to reach the stadium from within Northampton; from Northampton train station, for example, it is less than a 10-minute journey. Whilst there is no dedicated on-site drop-off zone at Franklin's Gardens, there are many small roads around the stadium which can be used for drop-offs. Those travelling by car are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time for journeys, due to the likelihood of busy traffic in the vicinity of the stadium on match days.
Northampton is a very affordable town to visit as most of its accommodation is priced between budget and mid-range.

The following bus routes stop close to Franklin's Gardens:
Northampton station is in the centre of the town, just a 1.3 km (16 min) walk from Franklin's Gardens, and serves many major UK towns and cities, including London (Euston) and parts of the West Midlands and north-west England. If you do not want to walk to the stadium, it takes less than 10 minutes to make the journey by bus or taxi; you can take the 18 Foxglove, 96, D1, or D2 buses to the stadium, or make use of the station's on-site taxi rank.
It is possible to cycle to the stadium from Northampton town centre, but you may be required to take some pedestrianised routes in order to avoid very busy roads.
There is a small number of covered bike racks in the car park off Abbey Street, an approximately 50 m (1 min) walk from the stadium. There are also bike racks at a nearby Halfords shop, an 800 m (10 min) walk from the stadium, however these may be inaccessible outside of business hours, and at the retail park on Walter Tull Way, a 1.2 km (14 min) walk from Franklin's Gardens.
Northampton is relatively small, so walking to Franklin's Gardens is viable if you are travelling from within the town. It is just a 1.3 km (16 min) walk to the stadium from Northampton train station, for example.
