Children aged 3 years old and under can attend for free, without a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of a ticket holder. A maximum of 1 free child may accompany each ticket holder.

There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are dedicated seats available for holders of a French disability card representing a disability quotient of at least 80%, and viewing bays for wheelchair users. Tickets for these accessible seats and bays are not currently available to purchase online, however; instead, contact the Accor Arena by telephone to purchase accessible tickets: +33 (0) 146-915-768.

If you have purchased a non-accessible ticket, but have since become incapacitated or less mobile (for example as a result of a temporary injury), use the above phone number, providing details of your additional requirements and booking information (e.g. order reference and seat numbers).
