Paralympic cross-country skiing - often shortened to para cross-country skiing - is an adaptation of cross-country skiing for athletes with disabilities.
Paralympic cross-country skiing is one of 2 Nordic skiing disciplines in the Winter Paralympic Games; the other is biathlon. The sport includes standing events, sitting events (for wheelchair users), and events for visually impaired athletes under the rules of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). These are divided into several categories for people who are missing limbs, have amputations, are blind, or have any other physical disability.
For the 2026 Winter Paralympics, the para cross-country skiing events will be held at Lago di Tesero Cross-Country Stadium.
