There are no discounted child tickets at this event, however there is a dedicated "Family Section" within the Tiered Seats, which is well-suited to groups with children. Tickets for this section should be booked by groups which include an under-18 only.
Children must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
It is not recommended to bring very young children, due to the length of the event and the loud noise of the crowd and music throughout.

Tickets for disabled spectators are available in the Tiered Seating sections, towards the back of the blocks. Essential companions/carers are also accommodated: seats for these carers are located in the same blocks and rows as the Wheelchair and Disabled viewing areas, and tickets are free of charge - they must still be booked, though, and may still incur service or delivery fees. Companion/carer tickets are limited to 1 per disabled spectator.

Most of the centre of Antwerp is a low emission zone meaning that polluting cars are not allowed to enter. Although the arena is outwith this zone, some of the nearby car parks are not. Please note that not all car parks are always open. To find out which car park is available on the day of the event, check the details page 1-2 days before the event. At the car parks, you can pay cashless as well as with cash:
There are a few spots for reserved wheelchair users and their companions. These customers are also entitled to reserved parking spots available up until 30 minutes before the start of an event. These spots are located on the private parking Vaart (10 euros). Strict control is maintained on these reserved spots so please keep your EU parking card, ID, and entrance ticket ready to show to the parking attendants.
Avoid the busy area of AFAS Dome, park your car at a P+R (Park & Ride) station, and travel by public transport. Your admission ticket to the event also serves as a ticket for De Lijn travel. The nearest P+R stations are:
If you are arriving by taxi, there is a drop-off point at the entrance of the AFAS Dome. If you are leaving by taxi, you can go to the taxi port in the Van der Delfstraat, the street opposite the entrance of the arena.
Billo cooperates with AFAS Dome on a number of events. Share a minibus with other fans and pay only part of the fare. After the event, your Billo will be ready at the exit to take you home.
AFAS Dome can be reached on public bus route 19. Get off at Deurne Sportpaleis stop, which is 260 m (3 min) walk to the arena
Antwerpen-Centraal station is the main station in Antwerp providing connections with numerous destinations throughout Belgium and beyond. You can easily take the tram or metro to AFAS Dome. Your event ticket is also valid as a ticket for De Lijn.
Please keep in mind that there are often no train rides after evening events. Check in advance with the SNCB route planner whether a smooth return journey is possible.

AFAS Dome is about a 3.0 km (36 min) walk from the centre of Antwerp. The city is beautifully historic and has much to offer visitors of all interests!
