Parking
There is free and paid parking available within walking distance of Etihad Arena but arrangements will vary, depending on the event. Check your ticket for the latest advice on the best place to park.
Disabled Parking
Designated disabled parking spaces are available at Etihad Arena. Further, a designated pick-up and drop-off area is conveniently located for those with reduced mobility.
Getting around Abu Dhabi is easy, and taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful. They can be booked by phone through the Trans AD hotline 600 535353 or via the Abu Dhabi Taxi app available for both iOS and Android phones. There will be a dedicated taxi rank close to the arena. Once at Etihad Arena, ask your driver to follow the signage to drop you at the dedicated Taxi drop-off area. Careem is the official ride-hailing service in the UAE. Download the Careem app from the App store or Google Play to register your details and arrange your first ride. Ask your Careem driver to follow the signage and drop you at the dedicated Careem pick-up and drop-off zone.
By bus from Abu Dhabi: If you're opting to travel by bus, take the 190 Bus Route to Yas Island via the Abu Dhabi Bus Station next to Al Wahda Mall. By bus from Dubai: Head to the Dubai Al Ghubaiba Bus Station for transport to the Abu Dhabi Bus Station. Next, take the 190 Bus Route to Yas Island. Note: if a few of you are travelling together then a taxi may be just as cost effective as the bus.
