Silver seats are primarily located behind the posts in the north and south stands and in the corners of the stadium, though there is also a small allocation of Silver seating along the east sideline, in the lower rows of the lower tier. Behind the posts, Silver seats are located behind Bronze seats in the lower tier, and in front of Bronze seats in the upper tier, providing good views of the try line from within the heart of the crowd. In the north-west and south-west corners, Silver seats are again located in both tiers, behind and in front of Bronze seating, whilst in the north-east and south-east corners they are found only in the lower tier.

Silver category tickets are among the most affordable tickets on offer at Murrayfield for Scotland internationals, second only to Bronze tickets.
