Free parking for cars is provided in the grass field to the west of the entrance gates. 

Priority parking, close to the entrance, can be arranged for racegoers who have specific mobility issues.

Get closer to the action by reserving a parking space alongside the finishing straight. Parking is available to be booked (charges vary per raceday) together with raceday admission tickets. Whilst free car parking is available in the main car park (where there is no view of the racecourse), the trackside parking area is the only part of the course where you can bring along your own picnic. 

Border Buses operate a service between Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Galashiels via Kelso.

The Borders Railway provides opportunities for travel, directly from Edinburgh to Tweedbank via 6 Border towns.

The course's Track2Track service gives you return bus transfer from Tweedbank station to the racecourse for only £10 per person. Why not leave the car at home and take the train for a fun hassle free days racing. Please note this must be booked in advance, book online when you purchase your ticket or call 01573 221221.

If you are coming from the South the nearest station is Berwick-on-Tweed and is 22 miles from the course.

Kelso Racecourse is a 1.8 km (22 min) walk from the centre of Kelso where you can find a small selection of shops and eateries.
