Discounted tickets are available for children aged 11 and under and aged 12-18 in the West Stand and the lower tier of the Sir Alf Ramsey South Stand. In all other sections, there is just one pricing tier for children aged 18 and under.

Please note, all children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, and they are not permitted in the lower tier of the Sir Bobby Robson North Stand. The club recommend that children aged 4 and under do not sit in the lower tiers of the other stands.

While students are not specifically entitled to a discount on Ipswich Town tickets, discounted tickets are available throughout the stadium for young people aged 19-22.

Seniors aged 65 and above are entitled to discounted tickets.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

Disabled tickets can be purchased online in both tiers of the Sir Alf Ramsey South Stand and Sir Bobby Robson North Stand, and West Stand family area sections FF, GG, I2, and JJ.
