Children 1 year old and younger are not required to have a ticket to enter Nationals Park, however, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

The following official parking lots are open to Nationals Park visitors:
Parking can be purchased in advance of your visit on the Nationals website. While the venue highly recommends booking in advance, some parking may be available on the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, all parking lots are cashless and only accept credit card.
All lots and garages open 2 hours and 15 minutes before the start of each game. All lots and garages close 1 hour after the game ends.
Parking apps like ParkWhiz and SpotHero provide a variety of alternative parking options for visitors to Nationals Park.
Accessible parking spaces are available in all lots. These can be requested on 202.675.NATS (6287) - Option 1, or booked online through the Nationals website.
Alternatively, disabled guests can be dropped off along First Street SE (near the intersection of Potomac Avenue and First Street SE).

A taxi stand can be found on the north side of M Street SE between South Capitol St SE and Half St.
Rideshare operators like Uber and Lyft also operate in the city.
Visitors to Nationals Park travelling by bus can choose from Metrobus or DC Circulator services.
Metrobus services leave around every 15 minutes between approximately 04:00 and 23:45.
Fares can be paid on the bus using exact change, or with a contactless SmarTrip card.
SmarTrip cards and advance fares can be purchased in rail stations or online.
The DC Circulator bus travels between Union Station and Navy Yard. Visitors can exit at Navy Yard Metro Station for a short 150 m (2 min) walk to the venue.
DC Circulator services leave every 10 minutes, with operating hours extended to midnight for games beginning at 16:05 or later, Monday – Saturday. For Sunday games, service hours are 10:00–22:00.

The Washington Metro is DC's rapid transit rail system, and provides one of the easiest ways to travel around the city.
Visitors to Nationals Park should use the following lines and stations:
Metrorail services run every 5–10 minutes. Trains run 05:00–midnight Monday to Thursday, 05:00–01:00 on Fridays, 07:00–01:00 on Saturdays, and 12:00–midnight on Sundays.
Fares can be purchased from vending machines at rail stations, or loaded onto a SmarTrip card or app.
SmarTrip cards can be purchased in rail stations or online.
Amtrak services pass through Washington DC's Union Station daily. The station is around 3.0 km (36 min) walk north of the venue.
Amtrak's Cardinal line connects DC with New York, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Chicago, while the Capitol Limited line offers stops in Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
As a bicycle-friendly stadium, Nationals Park provides space for 250 bikes in bike racks around the outside of the venue.
A free bicycle valet service is located to the left of the entrance to Garage C on First Street SE, near N Street SE. This service begins 2 hours before game time and closes one hour after the game.
