Accessible parking can be found throughout the lots and garages in the arena district. This is subject to availability, so early booking and early arrival is recommended.
Downtown, Columbus’ central neighbourhood, is the best place from which to explore every edge of the city. With a bus and bike-share system, it’s super easy to get around.
Accessible seating is located throughout the 100 level – including various club sections – as well as in Section 213, SPS2, and SPS5, and all restrooms facilities in the stadium are accessible.
Free wheelchair escorts can be arranged by request upon arrival at any entrance. Guests will be escorted as close to their seats as possible, and staff will coordinate pick-up after the event.
A Sensory Room is located in Section 120, while Sensory Inclusion Packs are available at Guest Services (Section 112 or outside the West Premium Lobby entrance) for those who need them (a driver's license must be left as collateral). There is a dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone on Hanover Street, just south of Nationwide Boulevard, 450 m (5 min) walk from the venue. Those dropping disabled spectators will be directed to the front of the stadium by traffic control.
Lower.com Field can be reached via public bus routes 3 and 8. Get off at Nationwide Boulevard & McConnell Boulevard, which is 700 m (8 min) walk from the venue.
On Columbus Crew matchdays, an ADA-compliant shuttle runs from the corner of West Street and Marconi Boulevard, dropping passengers off at the northwest corner of the stadium. This service starts 4 hours prior to kick-off and runs throughout the match. It resumes 30 minutes after the final whistle, running for another 4 hours.

A free bicycle valet service is available on the corner of Neiland Dr and W Nationwide Blvd, just 100 m (1 min) walk from the stadium, by the pedestrian bridge over the Olentangy River which connects to Astor Park. Due to its central location, Lower.com Field is just 2.0 km (24 min) walk from downtown Columbus, so it's accessible on foot if you're staying in the city centre. If you're coming from Grandview Heights or Franklinton, the stadium is directly accessible from the Olentangy Trail due to the pedestrian bridge that runs over the Olentangy River.
