Lindner Family Tennis Center is located 40 km north-east of downtown Cincinnati. With very limited public transportation links, driving to the venue by private vehicle or taxi is recommended.

The Lindner Family Tennis Center has free public parking for all Cincinnati Open ticket holders, located in the North Lot, South Lot, Vendor Lot, and Lot V. All lots are located an approximately 600 m (7 min) walk from the venue entrances. The car parks can be accessed via Paul Flory Way; stewards will then direct visitors to specific lots upon arrival, depending on availability.
Premium parking is available in the North, South, and Diamond lots, with spaces located an approximately 200 m (2 min) walk from the nearest entrance. Premium parking passes can be purchased in addition to tournament tickets, and are also included with hospitality packages. Alternatively, they can be booked by contacting premiumsales@cincytennis.com.
There is also dedicated parking available for spectators with recognised disability signage and/or stickers. Present your signage as you enter the general or premium parking lots, and stewards will direct you to the accessible parking areas.
There is a taxi drop-off and pick-up point located by the North entrance. This is also open to spectators in private vehicles who are dropping off a disabled spectator.
Shuttle buses
During the tournament, many local hotels offer shuttle bus services to and from the event.
Public buses
Few public bus routes pass very close to the Tennis Center, meaning that taxi rides or long walks may be required to complete your journey. It may therefore be better to use the tournament shuttle buses, if you are staying in a hotel which is providing them. However the following routes can get you close:
The Kings Island Drive Drop-Off is also used by coaches and longer-distance buses, including those accessing the nearby Kings Island amusement park. It is a 3.7 km (44 min) walk or a 10 minute taxi ride to the Tennis Center.
Cincinnati is an average-priced city to visit with a full range of luxury, boutique, and budget hotels, apartments, and other types of accommodation available.
Toilets can be found throughout the venue, including by all large show courts, the Food Court, and by the East, West, and South entrances.
Accessibility
There is elevator access to the upper levels of Center Court and Grandstand Court.
The Lindner Family Tennis Center does not have wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers available for hire. There is also no wheelchair concierge service to aid spectators' movement around the grounds. If you need assistance, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own mobility equipment (e.g. scooter), as well another person to accompany you.

Service animals are welcome at Lindner Family Tennis Center.
The nearest train stations to the venue are located in central Cincinnati, just over a 25 minute taxi drive away.
Cycling may be possible if you staying close to the venue. However, if you are staying further away, for example in central Cincinnati, it can take more than 2 hours to reach the venue - so travelling by other means is recommended.
If you are staying in the Mason suburb, it may be possible to walk to the venue. However, if you are coming from downtown Cincinnati, you will need to arrange transport to the venue.

The main information point can be found within The Market, on the north-east side of Center Court. The main ticket office and will call site are located by the North entrance.
Luggage hold
There is no luggage hold or coat check at this event.
First aid
A TriHealth First Aid centre can be found at the south end of Stadium 3 (north end of the Food Court)
ATMs
There are no on-site ATMs, as all on-site outlets accept card and digital payments. There are however 2 "reverse ATM"s located on the east side of Stadium 3 and the north-east side of Center Court, allowing attendees to deposit cash in return for a prepaid gift card for use around the grounds.

Free WiFi is available throughout the tournament site.
Phone charging
Charging stations are located at the Dining Tents, within the Food Court area. There are also charging points within Center Court's hospitality areas.
Lindner Family Tennis Center has a capacity of approximately 22,400. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
