The Home Park is located in the private grounds of Windsor Castle in the busy town of Windsor. The nearest motorways to the showground are the M4, M25, and M3. AA signage will direct you to available car parks outside the showground making the venue easily accessible by car. There are also nearby public transport links.

Parking costs £14 and can be booked in advance at the point of purchasing your tickets. All Royal Windsor Horse Show Club members receive free advance car parking as a part of their membership. You may also pay for parking on arrival at the show, though there is limited space so you may be disappointed. All parking on site must be paid for by card, as no cash will be handled by the car parking attendants.
The main public car park is located in Home Park Public, opposite the Box Office entrance. Parking is on grass and is around a 5-10 minute walk to the showground itself. Spaces are limited so it is recommended to book in advance.
Disabled car parking is located in the King Edward VII Car Park. It is available to Blue Badge holders only and must be booked in advance when booking your tickets. It can be purchased with an Access Card.
Limited coach parking is available and can be booked through the Box Office.
Operators or organisers of coach parties have 2 options for parking. Please note spaces are limited for Romney Lock Road and must be pre-booked.
Minibuses of up to 15 people may park in the Show Car Park and pay for x 2 car park spaces. Larger minibuses are classed as coaches and should use the Coach Parks described above.
Windsor & Eton Central Station is approximately a 10/15-minute walk from the entrance and is served by Great Western Railway allowing travel via Slough from London Paddington in the east and from destinations across the south west and Wales.
Windsor & Eton Riverside Station is approximately a 5-minute walk from the entrance and served by South Western Railway allowing travel from London Waterloo in the east and many towns in the south and west via Staines.
Ascot's status as an upmarket area and its proximity to Greater London means accommodation is pretty pricey — particularly during highly-anticipated horse-racing events. Of course, Ascot delivers exactly what you pay for with ultra-luxe boutique hotels and swanky Airbnbs on its menu.
Around the venue and especially on the South Lawn, there is a wide variety of food outlets offering a huge variety of food to suit all tastes. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are all available. Food and drinks are permitted in the arena seating in plastic containers, but glass is prohibited at all times.
The Club Restaurant and Bar offers everything from 2-course and 3-course meals to lighter bites and pastries. Located at the north end of the Castle Arena, this area is available to members and their guests only.
The showground will open half an hour before the start of the first class on each day and will close half an hour after the end of the last class.
Please be aware that bag searches will be in operation so it is advised that visitors leave an extra 15 minutes to enter the venue and go through security.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the venue.
Baby changing facilities can be found in the disabled toilets.
