For official tickets, a separate children's tariff is available for children aged 6-11. Lap children (up to the age of 6) do not need their own ticket and do not have to take part in the drawing of lots for home games.

Inside the stadium, there are 34 spaces are available for wheelchair users and their companions. These areas are only partially covered, so please dress for the weather!
Admission tickets for wheelchair users cost EUR 11.50, and one accompanying person can enter the stadium free of charge. Yvonne Kahlisch-Vonhoff, Disability Officer at 1. FC Union Berlin, will pre-order tickets for the next home game handicap@fc-union-berlin.de from the official start of advance ticket sales until the Wednesday before the relevant match day at the latest.
The ordered tickets can be picked up on the match day at the special box office (entrance at the Waldkasse).

There are only a few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.
There are 450 parking spaces on the stadium grounds, including 20 disabled parking spaces, which can be reached via the P1 access road. There is free parking at the P+R car park at the S-Bahn station Altglienicke. From there, the stadium can be reached via the Schöneweide/Spindlersfeld S-Bahn connection and a short walk.
On the autobahn, the way leads from all directions via the Berliner Ring (A10) and from there via the autobahn junction Berlin-Schoenefeld (A13, A113, A10) in the direction of Berlin. Please follow the A113 in the direction of Berlin-Zentrum and leave the autobahn at the Berlin-Adlershof exit.
Follow the road Ernst-Ruska-Ufer / Köpenicker Straße. After crossing the Adlergestell, follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers on the Glienicker Weg. Then turn left onto Spindlersfelder Straße. If you then turn right again at the end of the street, you are already on the street An der Wuhlheide and in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.
From the main station with S3 (direction Erkner) to S-Bhf. Köpenick, then walk about 15 minutes along the railway embankment via Hämmerlingstraße to the stadium.
From Lichtenberg with S5/S7/S75 (direction Westkreuz/Potsdam Hbf/Ostbahnhof) to Ostkreuz, then with S3 (direction Erkner) to S-Bhf. Koepenick. Then the 15-minute walk along the railway embankment via Hämmerlingstraße to the stadium.
From Schönefeld with S45/S9 (direction Südkreuz/Spandau) to S-Bhf. Schöneweide, then tram line 60/67 (direction Friedrichshagen, Altes Wasserwerk/Hospital Köpenick) to the Alte Försterei stop directly at the stadium.
