Paquais, situated on the north bank of the Rhone River overlooking Lake Geneva, is the place to be for those intrigued by what Geneva can offer at night. As well as a red-light district, you’ll find hipster hangouts, cocktail bars, brewpubs and more in this happening neighbourhood.
For a more casual night out, consider Saint-Gervais which sits on the mouth of the Rhine River’s north bank. The industrial working-class-turned-artsy modern neighbourhood offers a very different experience of Geneva with its eclectic buildings, independent cafes, and unique bars.
