Due to its urban location, the PostFinance-Arena is easily reached by both car and public transport. There is parking available close to the venue and there are great road links, but it is recommended to use public transport as fees for some journeys are often included in entry tickets.

Please note the parking lot signage at the Bern-Wankdorf motorway exit. The following paid parking options are available at the PostFinance Arena:
In the Wankdorf/Allmend area, avoid the blue and white zones in the neighboring quarters. These parking spaces are intended for residents with a parking card. Rigorous police and parking lot controls will take place during the games.
BERNEXPO has 9 specially designated parking spaces for disabled guests: On Level –1 (red section), there are 6 parking spaces located at Stairwell 1, with an additional parking space at Stairwell 2. On Level –2 (green section), 2 parking spaces are available at Stairwell 1.

The nearest train station to the PostFinance-Arena is Ostermundigen which is just a 1.4 km (17 min) walk from the venue. From here, you can find EX1, IC61, S, S1, and S2 services with connections throughout the city, country, and further afield.

As a tax-free haven, Switzerland is undoubtedly an expensive city, and its capital is no exception. While Bern does have budget hotels and hostels, it favours luxury hotels and apartments.
There are a number of options for purchasing food and drink in the arena. The Arena Restaurant is the largest stadium restaurant in the PostFinance Arena and is open every day. There are also concession stands selling delicious food and drink during events.
Entrances A, B, and C lead to the seating areas and VIP boxes. Wheelchair users can access the stadium via entrances A and B. Entrances are clearly marked with the corresponding section letters at the front of the stadium. An info point is located in section A.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the arena.
Öffentlicher Eislauf PostFinance-Arena has a capacity of approximately 17,031. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
