There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are reduced-price tickets for the severely disabled. There are several different seating areas for visitors with different impairments:

• Seating for fans in wheelchairs - 60 places in the lower tier of Sektor B, Block 24.1 to 32.1 and 28 seats (10 for away fans) in the lower tier of Sektor C, Block 34 + 35, 2 and 3.1 with walker frames permitted in some areas and access via the left entrance (Süd) next to the main entrance
• Seating for fans with visual impairments - 51 seats (6 for away fans) in the upper tier of Sektor A, Block 122 and Block 123 (Row 12) with accompanying persons included and access via the left entrance (Süd) next to the main entrance
• Seats for fans with hearing impairments - 92 seats (9 for away fans) in the upper tier of Sektor A, Block 123 with access via the main entrance in Sektor B or the stadium forecourt entrance in Sektor A
• More seats for fans with disabilities - 271 seats (18 for away fans) in the upper tier of Sektor A, Block 122 and Block 123 with access via the left entrance (Süd) next to the main entrance
