Official tickets are only available to purchase at the stadium from the ticket windows (taquillas) in the week before the match up until kick-off. There are tickets available online via secondary sellers.

Seating at the stadium is divided into the 3 different stands and different tiers offering varying views at a range of price points:

• South stand:
• Fondo Sur y Fondo Joven - at one end of the stadium, this stand has one tier
• West stand:
• Tribuna Alta Lateral - the highest tier of the west stand overlooking the side of the pitch also has a section for away fans
• Lateral Cubierta - the middle tier of the west stand overlooking the side of the pitch
• Lateral Baja - the lowest tier of the west stand along the sideline of the pitch
• Lateral Baja Joven - towards the southwest corner on the lowest tier, this section is for younger supporters
• East stand:
• Tribuna Alta Preferencia - the highest tier of the east stand overlooking the side of the pitch
• Tribuna Central - the middle tier of the east stand overlooking the side of the pitch
• Grada de Preferencia - the lowest tier of the east stand along the sideline of the pitch

Away fans should purchase tickets through their own club.
