Driving is a popular way to reach Bert Ogden Arena because of its proximity to multiple highway routes and the venue’s ample on-site parking. Visitors can also take the Valley Metro to minimise the hassle of parking.
Red VIP parking lot is located on the north side and Black VIP parking lot located on the south side. Proper VIP Parking credentials are required to park in these areas.
ADA accessible parking is located in the parking area just across the main entrance. ADA parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. During events, parking attendants will be directing patrons with proper credentials to ADA spaces.
Rideshare- Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Limousine pick-up, and drop-off is located on the Southeast side of the arena near VIP Parking Lot Black. Guests needing to call a taxi may go to Guest Services located on the west side of the arena behind section 209 for assistance.
The Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council provides public transportation in urbanized and non-urbanized areas of the lower Rio Grande Valley through its transit department, Valley Metro. Take Route 10 (Edinburg- McAllen, near the Walmart- Trenton).
Segways and tri-bikes are prohibited on Bert Ogden Arena premises.
As a small, non-touristic area, McAllen–Edinburg–Mission's accommodation is pretty reasonably priced, as are its surrounding cities in the Rio Grande Valley.
