For Pitt Panthers games, children aged under 1 year old may attend for free without a ticket, as long as they sit in an adult's lap throughout the event.
For Pittsburgh Steelers games, all spectators require a full ticket, regardless of age.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Accessible seating is provided on all levels of the stadium, including platform spaces for wheelchair users and their companions. There are over 400 new spaces in the North Shore and the Champions Garage, which are located at the corner of West General Robinson St and Tony Dorsett Drive behind the Hyatt Place Hotel (about 600 m (7 min) walk from Heinz Field).
Entry into the Champions Garage will be from West General Robinson Street and North Shore Drive for easy access from all directions.
ADA Drop Off Points are located at the intersection of Art Rooney Avenue and Reedsdale Street at the Northeast corner by Gate B and on North Shore Drive at the Southwest Corner, directly across from the Carnegie Science Center.
