Elizabeth Deignan - née Armitstead and known as Lizzie - is an English professional cyclist in the disciplines of track and road racing. She rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Trek-Segafredo.
Deignan was the 2014 Commonwealth Games road race champion and is a 2-times overall winner of the UCI Women's Road World Cup (2014 and 2015). At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Deignan claimed the silver medal in the road race. She has won the British National Road Race Championships 4 times (2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017). In 2021, Deignan won the inaugural Paris-Roubaix Femmes after previously being victorious in the Tour of Flanders and Liège–Bastogne–Liège. As the first winner of Paris-Roubaix Femmes, Deignan is also recognised as the first woman to win a "triple crown" of women's Monument classics.
Deignan has a history in track cycling, having won 5 medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2009 and 2010.
