Denmark vs Slovenia 23 May 2026

For the initial group stage, the teams are placed into Group A or Group B in the preliminary round. The groups are as follows:

• Group A (Stockholm): Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Latvia, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia
• Group B (Herning): Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Kazakhstan, Norway, Switzerland, United States, Hungary

Each city will host 2 quarterfinals (this will be decided after the completion of the group stage), while the semifinals, the gold medal game, and the bronze medal game will be played in Stockholm.
