On Ice & Center Ice Premier applies to the first and second rows (Row A and Row B) of the Lower (100 Level) and the center ice sections (103-105 and 118-120). For hockey games, the Carolina Hurricanes' bench is in front of Section 105 and the visiting team bench is in front of Section 103. The penalty box is in front of Section 119.
