Accessibility tickets are available for all regular ticket products, including individual match tickets, Team Specific Ticket Series, and Four-Stadium Ticket Series.
There are 5 types of Accessibility Tickets:
Successful applicants for Accessibility Tickets in the types "Wheelchair User," "Easy Access Standard," "Easy Access Amenity," and "Sensory Rooms" will be offered 1 additional ticket for free for a companion to assist and accompany them at the match. The companion must be able to provide all necessary assistance to the Accessibility Ticket holder. The companion will be seated as close as possible to the Accessibility Ticket holder; however, the exact location of the extra seat cannot be guaranteed. FIFA Ticketing cannot ensure that the seat for the companion will be immediately adjacent to that of the Accessibility Ticket holder.
Customers applying for Easy Access Extra-Width Tickets are not entitled to request a complimentary ticket for a companion.
All customers applying for or purchasing Accessibility Tickets must provide proof of eligibility to prove that they are eligible to purchase them. Please make sure you can upload your proof of eligibility (“PoE”) as you will be asked for it during the ticket application process. Your eligibility will be verified by a dedicated team.
For Wheelchair Tickets, Easy Access Standard, or Easy Access Amenity Tickets, the following documents providing proof of eligibility are accepted (please note that permits for accessible parking will not be accepted as valid proof):

All fans who wish to attend the 2022 FIFA World Cup must apply for a Hayya Card (Fan ID card), which you can do here. Smartphones will be required to access the Hayya App.
Hayya Cards provide entry into the country for international fans and entry into the stadia alongside valid match tickets for all fans, domestic and international.
Hayya Cards also grant fans free public transport (metro, Education City and Lusail trams, public buses, and tournament bus services) access during the tournament, and smart journey planning via the Hayya App.

The nearest bus stop to Puskás Aréna is Budapest, Stadion autóbusz-pályaudvar which is a 1.2 km (14 min) walk away and had connections to multiple routes.
Puskás Aréna is located just a 1.3 km (16 min) walk from Budapest-Keleti train station. From here, you can make connections throughout the city, across the country, and further afield.
Right next to Budapest-Keleti train station is Keleti pályaudvar metro station which is on the M2 and M4 lines allowing you to explore the city.
Keleti pályaudvar also has a tram stop which is on lines 2M, 23, and 24 and is a 1.5 km (18 min) walk from the stadium. Puskás Ferenc Stadion M is another tram stop just a 1.2 km (14 min) walk from the stadium and has connections with lines 1, 1M, 14, 17, and 41.
If you are coming from central Budapest, the stadium is approximately a 55-minute walk (4 km).
If you are looking to stay as close to the stadium as possible, look for accommodation around Zugló (District 14), which is in short walking distance of the venue and also has some popular tourist sports such as the botanical gardens and zoo.
