Seating is located in a variety of ticket categories, which reflect different areas of the stadium. Away fans will be sat in blocks in the north stand and northeast corner (as well as standing places in blocks 60 and 61) and these fans should purchase tickets through their own team's ticketing system.
Official Dortmund tickets will no longer be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, fans can submit a ticket request for the match of their choice and will subsequently be allocated tickets in a draw, with BVB members being prioritised.
Individual seats can no longer be selected; you simply request tickets (up to 4 for standard home games or 2 for the derbies with Bayern Munich and Schalke) in your chosen category, and you can also indicate second or third category choices to increase your chances. Please note, making a ticket request – unless cancelled prior to the draw – represents a binding purchase.
