Children aged 2 years and younger do not require a ticket, as long as they can sit on a parent or guardian’s knee. There are discounted tickets available for children or juniors aged 15 years or younger. There are also discounted tickets for youths aged 16-21 years of age.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are concession tickets available for seniors aged 60 years and older.
There are concession tickets available for registered disabled spectators.
There are designated wheelchair spaces directly accessible from the walkway and on the same level. These are situated around the arena, so there are quite a few wheelchair spaces.

There is free parking available in the main Ice Arena car park and the International Pool overflow car park.
The former Toys R Us car park will be available. The car park will be manned with security and will open 2 hours prior to the start of the event and will close around 2 hours after the finish. The cost to park here will be £3 for the night. There are nearly 300 spaces in this car park.
Wilcox House car park is located directly across the street from The Harvester restaurant close to the arena. This is slightly more of a walk, but still only about 5 minutes to the front door of Ice Arena Wales. This also costs £3.
There is a limited number of designated disabled spaces at Ice Arena Wales. You’ll find these spaces in the main car park adjacent to the arena and Cardiff International Pool. From the parking area, there is a short walk to the main entrance.

You can also get a taxi to pick you up from Ice Arena Wales by going to reception and asking them to hit the call button for Premier Taxis, and it will be with you in minutes.
Cardiff Bus operate the Number 9 service which departs from Westgate Street in the City Centre and drops off directly outside the arena.
A train service operates from Cardiff Central Station to Barry Island and the station to disembark for Ice Arena Wales is Cogan which is a 900 m (11 min) walk from the arena.
Although it’s a capital city, Cardiff is quite reasonably priced, and there will be something to suit every taste and budget, even in the city centre.
