Children 35" tall and below generally do not need a ticket to enter the arena, provided the child sits on the lap of an adult. Children 36" and over in height will require a full-price ticket.

Accessible tickets are available for purchase online; simply select the accessibility filter upon clicking through to the supplier. They can also be purchased at the venue's Box Office between 10:00 and 17:00 Monday through Friday. The Box Office only opens on Saturdays and Sundays when they are event days; in this case it opens at noon and closes at the end of the event. Tickets may be purchased at the Inside Box Office lobby across from Section 111 during events. Tickets for accessible seating are also available by calling 1-866-4HOU-TIX.There are no discounted tickets for disabled visitors and so a full-priced ticket must be purchased.

The Toyota Center is easily accessible via bus, light rail (metro), Uber, and car. The venue is partnered with Uber to make it easier for you to arrive at the game on time. The Toyota Center Uber Zone is along Bell St.
For guests with disabilities, Metro offers 100 percent accessibility on its buses. Metro also provides paratransit service, via MetroLift, for those who cannot physically ride one of its fixed routes.
The Toyota Tundra Garage is located at 1515 Jackson Street Houston, TX 77003, which is 100 m (1 min) walk to the venue. Accessible parking is located on the first and third levels.
Toyota Center features a dedicated 2,500-space, seven-story parking garage. The Toyota Tundra Garage includes a private sky bridge entrance for premium guests. Additionally, more than 10,000 total parking spots are within just a few blocks.
The Toyota Center is partnered with Uber to make it easier for you to arrive at the game on time. The Toyota Center Uber Zone is along Bell St. in front of the Bell St. Entrance for pickup and drop-off.
