I wrote a previous review but I will give my name because I forgot to add something really important. I spent a lot of money for my seats which were GREAT. But there weren’t enough programs so I didn’t get one, I had to stand on a 30 minute line for a drink, or get food, and there were a lot of other inconveniences due to the huge number of people that were there. It is not fair to those of us who pay a lot for our seats to compete with a million other people with $40 GA tickets for food, water, drinks and programs. YOU SELL FAR TOO MANY CHEAP GA TICKETS. It turned what would have been a great experience as I’m a real fan into an honestly miserable experience. Or maybe you should let us bring in food, alcohol, and water and charge the people with cheap tickets for those things. I don’t mind paying for them. I very much minded the lines and things I couldn’t get.
I had great seats, great view. Negatives were than they ran out of the free Secretariat program they said they were going to distribute. I collect memorabilia so that was important to me. I also think you should have done more to celebrate Secretariat’s 50th anniversary but that’s just my opinion. I also couldn’t buy a Program because the credit card machines weren’t working when I came in. Another major negative was having to wait on line for 30 mins for a drink. And forget about food. Next time you need a lot more vendors for that many people. And if you say you’re giving something away, actually do it.
The people working the event are the most courageous and friendly I have ever witnessed
To expensive, to crowded waiting 45 minutes in line to use restroom
