Those travelling to the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard by car should make use of the stadium's abundant park and ride connections, as there is no on-site public car parking at the stadium. The park and ride car parks all provide access to stops on tram routes T1 or T3. For more information, see the Train information section.

The following park and ride car parks are accessible only to drivers who purchase a STAS ticket (including via OuRA! cards), or are subscribed to the T-Libr or TER Combined transport network tickets:
Unticketed park and rides
The following park and ride car parks can be used by drivers who do not possess the above transport network tickets. Entry to the car parks may still be paid, however.
From central Saint-Étienne it takes just 10-15 minutes to reach the stadium by taxi. As there is no on-site public car park, visitors travelling by taxi may wish to get dropped-off at the Zénith concert hall on Rue Jean Servanton, which is located just a 1.1 km (13 min) walk to the stadium. Alternatively, it may be possible to get dropped-off on the roads close to the stadium, but as the site is likely to be busy on event days, travellers should allow extra time for their journey.

Trains
Saint-Étienne-Châteaucreux station, the city's main rail station, is located a 2.2 km (26 min) walk from the stadium, in central Saint-Étienne. The T3 tram line runs from the station to the stadium; alternatively, the journey takes 10-15 minutes by taxi.

Tram lines T1 and T3 both stop close to Stade Geoffroy-Guichard:

It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to cycle to the stadium from central Saint-Étienne. There are free bike racks on the south-west side of the stadium, off Rue Paul et Pierre Guichard.
The walk to the stadium from the city centre is approximately 2.5 km (30 min), meaning it is possible to travel on foot if you are coming from central Saint-Étienne.
