Children 3 feet (90 cm) in height and under are permitted free entry if they sit on their parent's lap and do not occupy a seat. No ticket or pre-booking is required.

Height-check stations can be found at all gates; children above that height must have a ticket.

Accessible seating is located at the back of each section on the 100-level (row 31, Sections 101-131). Tickets can be purchased online by selecting the accessible filter upon clicking through to the supplier. There are no discounted tickets for disabled visitors and so a full-priced ticket must be purchased.
