Toyota Arena is located very close to the intersections of I-10 and I-15, in the Inland Empire. Guests are encouraged to consider walking, biking, taking public transit, or carpooling to avoid traffic, save on gas and parking, and reduce pollution.
Below you can find general information on travel and parking for Toyota Arena. Individual events may have additional/restricted services available, and so we recommend clicking through to the event and viewing the Travel & Parking tab for event-specific information.
For most events, parking lots open 2 hours prior to the start of the event. The arena has over 3,500 parking spaces on property. All guests should pay attention to street signage as there are restricted parking zones around the arena.
The parking lots in the surrounding businesses are restricted. Cars parked in restricted parking zones are subject to being towed.
The drop-off/pick-up area is located outside the North east Entrance on Ontario Center Parkway.
Taxi service is located outside of the North east entrance on Ontario Center Parkway at the conclusion of an event. The Guest Service Center can also call for a taxi cab and request a pick-up.
The Arena is accessible via Omnitrans bus – the nearest bus stop is Concours/Mercedes (line 81), which is 350 m (4 min) walk to the venue.
The Arena is a short bus or taxi ride from the Metrolink Rancho Cucamonga station.
Bicycle racks are located outside, on the south side of the arena. Bicycles are not permitted inside the Arena. Toyota Arena does not assume responsibility for the bicycles.
As the home of movie stars, rock stars, and business tycoons, LA is notoriously expensive to visit. Some of the USA’s most covetable hotels are located here, including the Chateau Marmont and the Beverly Wilshire, as well as luxury villas with private pools and views across the Hollywood Hills. However, the city caters to the masses and there is plenty of more affordable accommodation too.
The Toyota Arena has an array of concession offerings to fill the hungry stomachs of its patrons. From Urban City Taqueria's tacos, nachos, and quesadillas to Fuel Station's burgers, chicken tenders, and array of snacks! Concession stands are located throughout the building.
Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the arena. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. Please inform the Security Officer checking your bag, if this is the case.
Drinking fountains are located on the Main Concourse by Sections 118/119 and 105/106 and on the North side of the Skybox.
Entry
Re-Entry
The arena has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical reasons or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle.
Doors
There are three family restrooms. They are located by Sections 101, 105 & SB204. Restrooms are open to all guests.
Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms in the arena.
Service Animals
Only service animals are permitted inside of the arena. They must stay on a harness in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.
ATMs
There are two ATM’s located at the arena. On the Main Concourse, there is one by Section 109 (across from the Box Office). The other ATM is located outside the Northeast Entrance by the Box Office.
Elevators
There are two elevators in the arena located at Section 104 & 114.
First AID
Trained first aid staff are available during all events. Contact the nearest Arena staff member if you are in need of assistance.
Guest Services
Located at on the Main Concourse by Section 111/112. It is designed to provide answers to questions or issues during an event. In addition, it provides assistance to guests with disabilities.
Lost Child/ Guest
All separated parties will be directed or taken to the Guest Service Center at Section 111/112. For safety reasons, the venue is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.
Lost and Found
During an event, all lost and found items will be taken to the Guest Service Center. Once the event is over, the guest can contact 909.244.5466 to follow up on their item.
Toyota Arena has a capacity of approximately 11,089. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
