The venue also recommends that drivers check whether any Boston Red Sox matches are taking place at Fenway Park on the day of their visit. The closest rail station to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway is Kenmore, which is located just a 750 m (9 min) walk from the Music Hall. Kenmore station is served by the B, C, and D Branches of the city's Green Line subway route.

Boston is famously a very "walkable" city, meaning pedestrians will likely find travelling to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway on foot a pleasant experience from many nearby suburbs. The Music Hall is located a 3.5 km (42 min) walk from Downtown Boston, but from the West End and North End the walk will be slightly longer: from North Station rail station, for example, it is a 4.2 km (50 min) walk.
