The Space Needle Lounge is situated at one end of the arena just above sections 206-209 of the Upper (200 Level) - and these sections offer access to the lounge - and offers a luxurious experience and rail seating. The lounge also has views out of the arena across to the iconic landmark of the Space Needle.
