Children age 2 and under do not require a ticket for admission to Chase Field, however, they must share a seat with an accompanying adult.
Some tickets may become available through the athletic offices of the participating schools, once those teams have been selected. Further information will be released closer to the date for students at those schools who would like to attend the game.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

The best parking lot for disabled guests is Chase Field Garage, which is close to the venue, and has 31 parking spaces for vehicles displaying a valid disabled plate or placard.

Valley Metro Rail's light rail services run every 15–20 minutes, 365 days a year, across Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe.
Fares can be purchased at any light rail station with cash, credit, or debit card. If you are using the service to travel to and from Chase Field, the venue recommends buying an all-day pass to avoid lines at fare vending machines after the game. Once an all-day pass is activated, you can use it for unlimited boardings during the same day.
