Category 2 seating is primarily located in the 1-37 level (lower tier) of the stadium, in the north-east, north-west, and south-west corners of the venue. At some Roosters fixtures, there may also be an allocation of Category 2 seating in the 400 level, along the east sideline, behind Category 1 seats.

From their location in good proximity to the pitch - particularly the try lines and posts - Category 2 seats provide good views of the action, second only to those available in Category 1 seating.
