Event day parking is available at Traeger Park's on-site car park, located off Speed Street. Parking is typically available free of charge, however spaces can fill-up on event days, so drivers are encouraged to arrive early.
Should the on-site car park be full, it may be necessary to park along Gap Road or Traeger Avenue; on-street parking is available on both roads less than a 500 m (6 min) walk from the oval.
Traeger Park is located less than 15 minutes by car from most places within Alice Springs and its suburbs. From Alice Springs railway station, for example, it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to reach Traeger Park. Taxis may be able to drop-off and pick-up on the roads surrounding the stadium, including Speed Street, Traeger Avenue, and Stuart Highway.

All 3 bus routes operate from Monday to Saturday, from morning until late afternoon. There is a reduced service on Saturdays.
Long-distance buses and coaches
Many long-distance buses and coaches may stop at either Alice Springs Interchange, or the town's Greyhound Bus Stop, both of which are located within the town centre. The Interchange is located a 1.4 km (17 min) walk from Traeger Park (or less than 20 minutes away via the 300, 301, or 500 buses); the Greyhound Bus Stop is also located an approximately 1.4 km (17 min) walk from Traeger Park, or travellers can catch the 300, 301, or 500 bus from Hartley Street, a journey which takes 20-25 minutes.

Alice Springs railway station is located a 1.6 km (19 min) walk from Traeger Park. Alternatively, travellers can walk to the Alice Springs Interchange and catch the 300, 301, or 500 bus to the venue; the journey to Traeger Park takes approximately 25-35 minutes in total. Taxis can also make the trip between the station and the stadium: it typically takes less than 10 minutes by car.
It takes less than 10 minutes to reach Traeger Park by bike from Alice Springs railway station. It is also possible to cycle to the ground from many of the town's suburbs: from East Side it takes approximately 10 minutes, from Kilgariff approximately 15 minutes, and from Larapinta 20 minutes.
There is a small amount of free bike racks located on Traeger Avenue, outside the entrance to Traeger Park Stadium, the indoor venue located next to Traeger Park (opposite Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic College), an approximately 200 m (2 min) walk from Traeger Park.
As temperatures can often be hot in the region, longer bike rides should be undertaken with caution; routes should be planned in advance and cyclists are encouraged to stay hydrated.
